Application Notes

  • Cabadex® can be applied through tractor-mounted hydraulic sprayers or knapsack sprayers as a MEDIUM spray, as defined by the BCPC system.
  • Apply when weeds are actively growing (normally between March and October).
  • Do not apply in periods of drought unless irrigation is applied.
  • Re-seeding can take place as little as 4 weeks after application.
  • Clippings from grass treated with Cabadex® can be safely used for mulch after the third cut.
  • Use of Cabadex® is not subject to LERAP restrictions.
  • Where Broad-leaved Plantain is present in addition to other target weeds, apply a tank-mix of Cabadex® at 2L/ha + 2,4-D amine at 2L/ha.
  • Use herbicides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
