What is Multigreen?

Multigreen is a polymer resin coated, controlled release fertiliser that provides response for up to 7 months. The controlled release of nutrients from Multigreen is governed by the soil temperature alone. This means that excessive rainfall or irrigation has no effect upon the rate of release, unlike many competitors.

How it works

1. After application, the granule takes up moisture over a period of 7-10 days. A small portion of the nitrogen is uncoated for initial release.

2. Nutrients are released as soon as the soil temperature rises above 6ºC.

3. Release carries on through the growing season according to the soil temperature - if it drops, so does the release rate.

4. At the end of the release period, the nutrients are totally exhausted and the granule degrades.
