DewCure Dew Control Product
DewCure is a long lasting, dew control product, specifically formulated to reduce the accumulation of surface moisture on turf, including dew, guttation fluid and light frost. DewCure also reduces the time required for leaf drying following rainfall, irrigation and light frost, and is ideal for use on any turf where dry foliage is desired.

DewCure is a long lasting, dew control product, specifically formulated to reduce the accumulation of surface moisture on turf, including dew, guttation fluid and light frost.
The longevity of DewCure’s effect depends on 2 main factors :
- The rate of mowing frequency. (Thereby removing leaf tissue treated with DewCure)
- The growth rate of turf following application.
Best results are obtained prior to, or during, colder spells of weather when the level of clipping removal and new growth and leaf formation is at its lowest.
Trials have shown that DewCure can provide from 1 week to 3 weeks longevity depending on the above factors.
Frost
DewCure has a positive affect on frost formation, leading to quicker disappearance from treated areas.
Turf Disease
The activity of damaging foliar diseases such as Fusarium Patch (Microdochium nivale) and Dollar Spot (Laetisaria fuciformis) is positively linked with conditions of high canopy moisture. By suppressing moisture formation, surfaces are kept drier, reducing the likelihood of disease.
Product Usage
DewCure can be used on all types of turf including golf greens, approaches, tees and fairways, cricket squares and winter sports pitches. The product is ideal to apply prior to tournaments and important events.

DewCure can be used at any time of the year, but applications should be limited to a maximum of two per month.
Application Rates
Normal - 6 litres / ha in 400 litres of water.
Application Notes
Do not exceed the water volume shown above. DewCure should be allowed to thoroughly dry on the leaf surface before applying irrigation or before rainfall.
DewCure forms a water resistant coating on the leaf surface and therefore the longevity of control may be influenced by mowing frequency and the growth rate of your turf (rate of new leaf emergence).
Tank-Mixing Guidelines
Do not tank mix DewCure with water soluble and / or liquid fertilisers or surfactants.
Preliminary tests have indicated that DewCure is compatible with a number of existing systemic and contact turf fungicides. However for specific tank mix recommendations, please contact Headland Amenity.
